Refund Policy

The Collective is an online marketplace that connects customers with independent breeders and vendors. Because we do not produce, ship, or hold any products ourselves, all refund, return, and exchange requests are handled directly by the Vendor from whom the order was placed.

Customer Responsibilities:

• Customers are responsible for reviewing the Vendor’s refund and return policy before completing a purchase.

• Any issues with product quality, delivery, or accuracy of an order must be directed to the Vendor.

• The Collective may, at its discretion, help facilitate communication between customers and vendors but is not obligated to process refunds directly.

Vendor Responsibilities:

• Vendors are required to clearly state their refund and return policy on their product listings.

• Vendors are solely responsible for handling refund requests, returns, or exchanges in accordance with their stated policy.

• Vendors must comply with all applicable laws related to customer rights, refunds, and returns.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Due to the nature of the products, certain items may not be eligible for refund or return (such as opened seed packs). This is determined by each Vendor’s policy.

Commission Fees:

• Any commission earned by The Collective on completed sales is non-refundable, even if the Vendor issues a refund to the customer.
